The Big Move (day one)

Alrighty then, here's the one we've all been waiting for!  Raymond and I are finally out of our hole in the wall apartment and in our larger than life (at least to us) townhouse!  The move started on the 19th.  My parents came down to Newport News that morning just as Raymond and I had picked up the truck.  Not long after we got the truck back to the apartment, Ian came over to help us get it all out there.  He was an invaluable help!  We started loading immediately because we had to have the place empty for the carpet cleaners at 3!

Poor Max, she was crated the whole day!

Just to give you an idea of how we were living the month or so before the move!

Mom and I started carrying what we could out to the curb so the master packers could coordinate everything!

The Master Packer himself!

Then it got empty...

The boys got it all in there, with plenty of room to spare!

Exhausted, but Excited!! :)

Then it was time for one last Sushi feast at our favorite restaurant!

It was an exhausting day.  But it went so smoothly considering everything that could have gone wrong.  After dinner, we went to the hotel with my parents and spent our last night in Newport News.  Even though we knew we had to get up super early, it was hard to sleep with all the anticipation of the next day! :)
